By accessing or using the Royal's Touch CNA School website (royalstouchllc.com), submitting an inquiry, or enrolling in any program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site or our services.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this Site by any third party. You may not use this Site to transmit any unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent material.

3. Enrollment & Programs

Enrollment in any Royal's Touch CNA School program (including Full-Time, Part-Time, Zoom Weekend CNA, or CPR Certification) is subject to availability and completion of any required enrollment documents. Class schedules, formats, and availability are subject to change. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class if minimum enrollment requirements are not met; in such cases, affected students will be moved to the next available start date at no additional cost.

4. Payments & Refunds

Tuition and fees are due as outlined at the time of enrollment. A deposit is due before the first day of class and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due before the first day of clinical training. Rescheduling requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Additional fees (including retake or refresher course fees) may apply as described in your program's enrollment materials.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and course materials, is the property of Royal's Touch LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

6. No Professional or Medical Advice

Content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes about our programs and services. It does not constitute medical, legal, or professional advice. Completion of our CNA or CPR programs does not guarantee employment or certification outcomes, which remain subject to applicable state requirements and examinations.
